The Tour de Bowness Street Festival has been a partnership event between the community of Bowness and the Bowness Business Improvement Area (BIA) since 2011 when Bowness celebrated its 100th birthday. This event was so well received by the community that is has become a great way to celebrate the vibrant and historical “Bowness!”
